The Brief

The QA Supervisor will be responsible for managing QA activities for China, along with providing support to the Senior Manager on daily administration events.

The Process

It's not dificcult to find the experienced QA candidates. We found a few suitable candidates in a short time. We interviewed those candidates and checked their professional certificates. Then we arranged candidates for trial work (1 day) at the client's company. Our client would decide who to stay based on the trial results.

The Result

Our client was very satisfied with the final candidate. The client decided to open 3 more positions to us.
