The Brief:
Our clients want to find a suitable candidate to take over the HR Director positon. They want to find someone from a high-tech industry company who is responsible for human resources work at a group company.

The Process:

We have learned that our client preferred people with experience in a particular company. Therefore, we searched for candidates who met this requirement from different sources. Our client invited every candidate who might be suitable for interviews. 

In the end, we successfully presented a candidate with rich human resources experience to the client.
