The Legal Director will be responsible for establishing and perfecting the Group's legal management and control system, formulating rules and procedures related to legal affairs, and handling legal services such as major investment, acquisition, reorganization, capital operation, major contracts, and major litigation of the Group. This position is crucial for the control of corporate legal risks.
