Role Overview:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for establishing company's legal entity in

Guangzhou, China, and overseeing all procurement operations related to electronic components

and materials. This role will involve close coordination with our headquarters in Spain and requires

a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong background in procurement and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage company's procurement processes and procedures in compliance

with local regulations and company policies.

• Identify and develop relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and

pricing agreements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop

strategic sourcing plans.

• Manage procurement activities from RFQ to contract negotiation and supplier

performance evaluation.

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities

and improve supply chain efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery of purchases materials to meet production schedules and quality

standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and

logistics, to optimize procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related

field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities and negotiating

contracts with electronic component suppliers.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
