Main responsibilities:

Procurement:

1. Find fabrics, accessories, and products for series planning.Work with the procurement manager to identify and develop new suppliers based on product quality and trend relevance. - Ensure that new products meet our price, quality, and process standards.

2. Understand and apply the designer's design documents to ensure the preparation of new samples. Keep abreast of fashion trends and participate in relevant exhibitions to enrich our product line.

Product development:

1. Guide the merchandising team and proofreaders to approve and adjust samples to meet the new schedule. - Manage the approval process for materials, samples, and final products to ensure quality and timely delivery. 

2. Control production costs and auxiliary material costs to achieve excellent final products.

Professional skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree majoring in fashion design, fashion business or related fields.

2. At least 2 years of fashion design experience, preferably in the fast fashion field with an international perspective. Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.

3. Have a deep understanding of fit, pattern making, fabric structure, and manufacturing processes.

4. Proficient in MS Office, design software (Adobe/Corel Draw) and specification management tools. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact across different levels and cultures. Attention to detail and organization, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Strong leadership qualities, able to work independently under pressure and complete work within the specified deadline. - Willing to accept flexible working hours and travel, both within China and abroad.
