Key Areas of Contributions in this Role:
1. Coordinate broad market accounts activities
2. Develop territorial Channel Partner relationships, envision and drive company’s internal marketing/product strategies and collaborations with channel partner
3. Align Key customers business strategies with sales activities
4. Emerge major customers opportunities, maintain/track all the opportunities in system
5. Focus on business potentials which will bring immediate revenues in 3 to 12 months
6. Work with and focus on developing business relationship and opportunities with channel partner
7. Responsible for realizing sales/business targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis
8. Quarterly FCST update responsibility
Preferred Education, Experience & Capabilities:
1. BSEE or MSEE with focus on semi-conductor industry, such as power isolation, FM/TV tuner, timing, and so on. Major is a plus
2. At least 5 years business oriented job experiences Sales/Marketing is preferred; semi-conductor industry or automotive is a plus
3. Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined
4. Fluent, oral and written in English and Chinese
5. Good at Microsoft Office Tools
6. Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills
